Currently, we do not offer Returns on orders. Due to our strict quality and safety protocols, we cannot resell any products that have left our warehouse. However, if you experience any issues with your product, please reach out to the Member Support Team at the contact information below:

Orders lost or damaged in transit:

At its sole discretion, Equilibria may replace product(s) proven to be lost by its shipping providers. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us with detailed information and photographs of the damaged products within 7 business days of delivery.
